Food is my passion since I was a child and during my Undergraduate course in Gastronomy I developed a more curious and critical point of view about what we eat. I believe that food is one of the most important aspects of our society and it should be studied in a cultural, economical, political and artistic way.
I am willing to develop my professional career in two parallel fields: as a Food Writer and as a Pastry & Baking Chef.
